5. Do you know of anyone who has ever declined / turned down an award? If so, why did they reject it?

6. What do you think of the fact that Barack Obama has been granted the Nobel Peace Prize?

7. Which of the following criteria do you think should juries take into account when giving out an award: financial contributions to a project, achievement or excellence, influence, fame? Can you think of any time when an award was given for the wrong reasons? Do you know of any awards that have been a cause for controversy?
