1. What is your full name? Why did your parents select this name for you? Did  / Do you have a nickname? Is there a naming tradition in your family, such as always giving the firstborn son the name of his paternal grandfather?

2. When and where were you born? How did your family come to live there? Were there other family members in the area? Who?

3. What is your earliest childhood memory?

4. Describe the personalities of your family members.

5. What was your favourite thing to do for fun (movies, beach, etc.)?

6. Did you have family chores? What were they? Which was your least favourite?

7. Did you receive an allowance (i.e. pocket money)? How much? Did you save your money or did you spend it?

18. Have you ever felt pressured by your family to act in a certain way?
